Troubleshooting Steps

1. Update the eufy Security App

Ensure that your app is updated to the latest version:

  • Android: Version 4.9.3_4359 or above

  • iOS: Version 4.9.35_1651 or above

Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the latest version.

2. Update the Video Doorbell’s Firmware Version

Verify your video doorbell’s firmware version:

  • C30: Ensure the firmware is updated to version 3.4.2.8

  • C31: Ensure the firmware is updated to version 3.3.3.0
