1 Delayed Location Updates
Check your phone's Bluetooth and location permissions.
2 How Can I Find My Lost Item?
(1) eufy Security app (both iOS and Android users)
Once disconnected, the location won't get updated anymore in the eufy Security app. You can check the last known location via the eufy Security app and use that to try and locate your item. Also, you can enable Lost Mode to let finders contact you if they find your tracker.
(2) Apple Find My App (iOS users only)
You can enable Lost Mode in Apple's Find My app to get location updates and be notified if someone finds your SmartTrack.
