If you are experiencing navigation function anomalies, such as being unable to reach the target area to start cleaning, positioning failures, or other related issues, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:
-
The robot can pass through a minimum width of 40 cm. When the robot is in a long and narrow area, it may fail to recognize the environment, causing it to be unable to exit the small space. You need to manually move the robot out and set the narrow area as a no-go zone.
-
When the robot is performing a selected area or zoned cleaning, if the room door is closed, the robot cannot enter the designated area to clean, resulting in an error indicating it cannot reach the destination. You need to open the room door or remove any objects blocking the robot's path.
-
When the robot is positioning or cleaning, if significant changes occur in the home environment, it may cause the robot to fail to recognize its surroundings, leading to positioning failure. It is recommended to rebuild the map.
-
If people or pets continuously block the robot, it may cause the robot to be unable to recognize the environment, leading to positioning failure. It is recommended that people and pets stay away and restart the cleaning process.
