If there are too many false detections being triggered by the doorbell, please try to adjust the following settings in the app.
1. Please narrow the activity zone an activity zone is set up. Steps: device tab> “...”icon> Settings > Dual Detection > Activity Zone.
2. Please shorten the detection distance for both Motion Detection and Linger Detection. Steps: device tab> “...”icon> Settings > Dual Detection > Motion Detection/Linger Detection.
3. Choose the Human Only mode as the Detection Type. Steps: device tab> “...”icon> Settings > Dual Detection > Detection Type > Human Only.
If the problem persists, please contact us and provide us with the following information for further analysis.
1. A picture showing your activity zone if an activity zone is set up. Steps: device tab> “...”icon> Settings > Dual Detection > Activity Zone.
2. A picture showing the Dual Detection settings.
3. A picture or a video showing events that were falsely triggered.
