If there is no thumbnail in the notification you received, please try the following tips.
1. Please make sure you have chosen “Include Thumbnail” under the Notification settings. step: device tab> “...” icon> Settings > Notification > Include Thumbnail.
2. Try to log in to the eufySecurity app on a different phone to check if the same issue happens.
3. Please check whether you can receive the check image after the notification. Sometimes the text notification will be pushed first and then a notification with images.
4. Please update the app version to verify if the issue can be resolved.
If the issue persists, please contact us and provide us with the following information for further analysis.
1. The exact time when you received a notification without thumbnail, such as July 22nd 14:43
2. Upload App log via eufySecurity app by selecting the three-lined menu icon located at the top left corner of the app > About > Upload Log and authorize the device logs via Device logs > select devices and Authorize. Please refer to the attached pictures for a step-by-step guide to authorize your device logs.
