1. Check the charging connection：

Align the charging pins on a pump hub with the magnetic charging port inside the case. Then let go to allow the entire pump to be placed in the slot. You should hear a click from the magnetic connector and see the charging indicator light on the case flash white. If the lights don't flash, please adjust the charging pin position.

2. Check the charging time: 

It takes 1.7 hours to fully charge the pumps with the case and 3.2 hours to fully charge the case if the case is out of battery. When the indicating light inside the case stays steady and then turns off in 10 minutes, it means the pumps are fully charged. You can also check the battery level of the case through the four lights on the outside back of the case.
