The 4G Starlight Camera Fails to Scan the APN QR Code

If the 4G Starlight Camera fails to scan the QR code, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be solved.

  • Slowly move your phone closer to or farther away from the camera lens.
  • Decrease or increase the screen brightness level of your phone.
  • Avoid scanning the QR code in a dark environment or under direct sunlight.
  • Make sure the camera lens is clean.
  • Reset the camera by pressing the SYNC button for 8 seconds and then try to scan the QR code again after 30 seconds.
  • Use a different phone to have a try.
  • Make sure the eufySecurity app is on the latest version.
 

If the 4G Starlight Camera still cannot scan the QR code, please contact eufy support engineer for assistance. If there is an error message, please also provide us with a picture showing the error message.
