S100 Wall Light Cam stops recording too early
If you would like to extend the recording length of your S100 Wall Light Cam’s video recordings, please refer to the following recommended methods:
- Configure the recording time to extend the time by launching the eufy Security app > Wall Light Cam Settings > Recording Settings > Clip Length.
- Set the event detection type from Human mode to All Motion mode.
- If your Wall Light Cam stops recording too early in night vision mode, it is recommended to set the camera to automatically turn on its light when the camera detects motion.
- Enable the Motion-Activated Light feature for the Wall Light Cam to automatically turn on the light when the camera detects motion at night. Please launch the eufy Security app > Wall Light Cam Settings > Light Settings > Motion-Activated Light > enable the Motion-Activated Light feature.
- Increase the speed when the Wall Light Cam turns on its light. Please launch the eufy Security app > Wall Light Cam Settings > Light Settings > Motion-Activated Light > Light-On mode > select “Fast” under Light-On mode.
