Once the HomeBase 3 has been set up successfully, the LED indicator light on the HomeBase should remain solid blue. Please refer to the following article Setting Up S330/S300 eufyCam (eufyCam 3/3C) in the eufy Security App for more information on how to set up your HomeBase 3 and eufyCam 3/3C.
If the LED indicator light on your HomeBase 3 is unable to display a solid blue light after the setup process, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
Boot Up Process
Please note that your HomeBase 3 may take approximately one minute to boot up, and its LED indicator light will turn from red to blue. Please be patient and do not interrupt the process when the HomeBase is booting up.
Ethernet Cable Connection
Make sure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to your WiFi router. Once the Ethernet cable is connected, the Ethernet port’s LED indicator light will light up.
WiFi Router Settings
- Make sure your WiFi router has Internet access.
- Make sure your WiFi router has enabled DHCP.
Sufficient Power
Make sure you use the HomeBase’s original 12V/2A power adapter included in the package to power on your HomeBase 3. Otherwise, the HomeBase may not be able to receive sufficient power to function properly.
