Night Vision Image Appears Bright White
If the camera is placed close to obstacles, such as a wall, shelves, door frames, lamp next to the camera lens, it will reflect the camera's IR light back to the camera. Then only the object nearby will be seen, and the rest of the image will be very dark.
To fix this problem, try to adjust the angle and direction of the camera so that nearby surfaces or objects are out of its field of view or move nearby objects that may reflect the IR light. If you have a eufy doorbell that has this issue, you can use the provided 15° mounting wedge to adjust the angle of the doorbell.
