We're thrilled to introduce a new Official Warranty Services feature in the eufy Security app! This new feature is designed to offer users a convenient way to access product warranty information, usage guidelines, and maintenance tips, and initiate returns or exchanges.
Prior to initiating a return or exchange process via the eufy Security app at the convenience of your fingertips, it is highly recommended to review eufy’s Warranty Services Policy and ensure your product does qualify for either a return or exchange under warranty.
In order to access the Official Warranty Services feature, simply follow these easy steps:
- Click the menu icon to open the side menu, then find and click Help.
- Click the E- Warranty Card banner (Learn More Button).
- Upload your proof of purchase or receipt.
- Initiate a return or exchange process.
