Can two or more cameras have the same name?

No. Please note that Amazon Alexa/Google Assistant cannot distinguish your cameras if they have the same name. This will cause issues when controlling your device via voice requests, as the smart assistant won’t know which camera you're referring to.

• Solution: Assign a unique name to each camera connected to Amazon Alexa/Google Voice Assistant to avoid confusion.

Can I use Alexa Echo/Google Home Mini as a chime?

Currently, the Indoor Cam E30 does not support using your Alexa Echo or Google Home Mini as a chime. However, stay tuned for more updates that are coming soon!
