How to update RoboVac's firmware?
Q: Why do we need to update RoboVac's firmware?
A: WiFi-enabled RoboVacs may need to upgrade their firmware as the new firmware may fix some bugs or might be released with some improvements.
Q: How to update the firmware?
A: Please follow the steps below:
- Put the RoboVac on the charging base to ensure it's having enough power.
- Make sure the WiFi in your home is stable.
- Open the eufy Clean app and choose the RoboVac
- Tap the three dots on the top right, you will see the "Firmware Update" button. Click it to update the firmware.
Q: What can I do if the firmware upgrade failed?
A: Please follow the following tips:- Power on the device and make sure it has enough power or is docked to the charging base.
- Keep your phone, vacuum, and the router close to each other.
- Don't turn off the vacuum and don't start using it before it's updated.
- Ensure that your WiFi network is stable.
- If still failed to update firmware, please email eufy support.
