There may be instances where eufy support will ask you to upload your app logs in the eufy Pet app in order for eufy developers to further analyze and provide solutions to resolve issues.

Please follow the steps below to upload your app logs:

Launch eufy Pet app > select Profile > select About > tap on the    icon six times > select App Logs > tap the Upload Log button. Once the upload process is completed, a notification prompt displaying “Log file uploaded.” will appear.
