How Does the Video Doorbell’s Quick Response Feature Work?
The Quick Response feature gives users the ability to quickly respond to visitors who ring the doorbell with a pre-recorded audio message. Users can also record up to 3 different quick responses to respond to different scenarios.
Can I Upload Any Audio File to Use as a Quick Response Message on the Doorbell?
No. Currently, the only supported Quick Response message is the one users manually record using the eufy app.
How Do I Set Up a Quick Response Message?
Please follow the steps below to add a pre-recorded audio message using the Quick Response feature. A maximum of 3 quick response messages can be added in the app.
Step 1) Launch the eufy app and select Doorbell Settings.
Step 2) Select Quick Response.
Step 3) Select +Add quick response.
Step 4) Enter a name for the quick response message and select the Continue button.
Step 5) Press and hold the recording button to record your message. Please note the audio message has to be between 3 to 10 seconds.
Step 6) Press the Play button to listen to your recorded message.
Step 7) Press the Save button to continue or the Reset button to record a new message.
Step 8) A Setup successfully notification will appear and the recorded quick response message will appear in the app.
