For X9 pro, to activate the new batteries, press and hold the Power button + Recharge button together for 10 seconds until the LED indicator of the 3 buttons flash 3 times together. Without this step, the new batteries cannot be activated.

After changing the battery, please proceed with the activation process shown in the video. This will activate the new battery, allowing your robotic vacuum to continue functioning.
