How to Connect Battery Doorbell Dual to HomeBase 3
In order to pair your Battery Doorbell Dual with HomeBase 3, please refer to the following steps:
Step One: Preparation Before Pairing
- Make sure the HomeBase 3 has already been set up successfully in the eufy Security app. You can refer to the following article on how to set up the HomeBase 3: Setting Up eufy S380 HomeBase (HomeBase 3) in the eufy Security App
- Please make sure your devices and the eufy Security app have been updated to the following firmware versions:
- S380 HomeBase (HomeBase 3): 3.1.9.5 or above
- eufy Security app: 4.6.4 or above
Step Two: Adding Doorbell to HomeBase
- Device Page > ”+” icon > Device Family > Video Doorbell > Video Doorbell Dual (Battery Powered) > Scan QR Code
- Choose the corresponding HomeBase 3.
3. Move the doorbell closer to the HomeBase, then press the SYNC button on the doorbell for two seconds.
