How Do I Calibrate My Smart Lock?

When calibrating eufy Smart Lock, please keep the door closed and then select Smart > Lock Settings > Lock Calibration > Calibrate the Lock on the Eufy App. Smart Lock will start automatically calibrating the lock, and the calibration process is successfully completed after the smart lock unlocks and locks 2 times in this process.

When Should I Calibrate My Smart Lock?

It’s recommended to calibrate your Smart Lock when you encounter the following scenarios:

- During the initial installation and setup process.

- If you remove and reinstall the Smart Lock on the same door or on a new door.

- If the Smart Lock’s status is not displaying correctly on the Eufy App.

- If the Smart Lock fails to automatically lock the door based on the preset schedule or time interval.
