Please follow the steps below to update your Smart Sock Base.

Launch the eufy Baby app > select the Me tab > choose My Devices > Sock Base > About Deivce > Check for firmware updates. If an update is available, simply select the Update Now button to start the firmware update process automatically. 

• Verify your router is working properly with a strong and stable 2.4GHz WiFi network.
• Please make sure the signal between the Smart Sock Base and your router is stable or place your Smart Sock Base close to the router during the firmware update process.
• Visually confirm the Smart Sock Base’s LED indicator ring is showing the correct status:
  • If the LED indicator ring is flashing white slowly, it indicates that the Smart Sock Base is currently updating its firmware. Please wait for approximately five minutes before checking the status of your Smart Sock Base again.
  • If the LED indicator ring is off, please press the SYNC button on the Smart Sock Base. If the LED indicator ring remains off, please check if the Smart Sock Base is connected and powered on.
