- After installing the mounting plate, check for the locking/unlocking smoothness of the Smart Lock C33 with the included key. If the Smart Lock C33 cannot lock/unlock smoothly, please try loosening the screws and adjusting the height of the exterior assembly.
- After installing the batteries, you will hear a beeping sound. If you do not hear a beeping sound, please check the polarities of the batteries.
