The eufy Baby app will provide a step-by-step instruction to walk you through setting up your eufy Baby Smart Sock. While this article serves a similar purpose, please use the eufy Baby app as your primary guide when setting up your Smart Sock.

Before setting up your eufy Baby Smart Sock, please make sure you have already signed in to the eufy Baby app on your smartphone. If you need help downloading and signing up for the eufy Baby app, please visit How do I sign up for the eufy Baby app? for detailed instructions.

Note: eufy Baby Smart Sock Base only connects to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and not a 5GHz WiFi network. Additionally, please make sure your 2.4GHz WiFi network’s security protocol is set to either WPA or WPA2.

After successfully signing in to the eufy Baby app, please follow the steps below to set up your eufy Baby Smart Sock Base and Smart Sock:

1. Launch the eufy Baby app and select the + icon located in the top right corner of the screen to add a new device.

2. Scan the QR code located on the bottom of the Smart Sock Base.

3. Please plug the included USB-C cable into the Smart Sock Base to power it on and wait for the Smart Sock Base to complete its initialization process.

4. Press and hold the SYNC button on the Smart Sock Base for two seconds until you hear a beeping sound.

5. The Smart Sock Base will automatically connect to the eufy Baby app on your smartphone.

6. Please select your 2.4GHz WiFi network and enter the correct WiFi network password for the Smart Sock Base to automatically connect to your WiFi network.

7. After the Smart Sock Base successfully connects to your 2.4GHz WiFi network, the next step is to add your eufy Baby Smart Sock.

8. Simply place the Smart Sock on top of the Smart Sock Base and verify the LED indicator on the Smart Sock is flashing red.

9. Connect the Smart Sock to the Smart Sock Base. After the Smart Sock successfully connects to the Smart Sock Base, your eufy Baby Smart Sock is now ready!
