A Smoke Alarm is a crucial safety device that detects smoke and provides an early warning of potential fires, helping to protect lives and property. Smoke Alarm E10 uses photoelectric technology (for smoldering fires) and integrates into eufy ExpertSecure system, sending alerts via alarms or mobile notifications.
Before Getting Started
Before installing the Smoke Alarm E10, you should register your eufy account and install HomeBase Professional according to the instructions.
Add a Smoke Alarm E10 to your eufy APP
Step 1: Log in to your eufy Account

Open the eufy App on your phone.

Log in to your eufy account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one by following the registration process.
Step 2: Add Smoke Alarm E10

On the app’s main screen, tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner.

Select “Alarm System” under the Security section, choose Smoke Alarm E10, and the designated home (where your HomeBase Professional is).
Step 3: Connecting the Smoke Alarm E10 to HomeBase Professional

Add the Smoke Alarm E10 under the designated home (where your HomeBase Professional is).

Select the HomeBase Professional that was previously provisioned.
Step 4: Pair the Smoke Alarm E10

Make sure the Smoke Alarm E10 is powered, then press the 'sync' button on the bottom (the one in the front is TEST/HUSH button) for 5 seconds. Expect the LED to flash green quickly.

After pairing is successful, you can set the device location.

After pairing is successful, click "Next" and you will see the installation notes.
Step 2: Test whether the Smoke Alarm E10 is working properly

After the installation is complete, you need to test whether the Smoke Alarm E10 can be triggered in time and receive a message on your phone.

The Smoke Alarm E10 is paired.

Why doesn't the LED blink?

Please check if you have installed the battery with the right +/- direction.

If you confirm that the battery +/- is right, please buy a new battery and retry. The battery model is CR123A.
