We’re here to help you keep your eufy RoboVac running smoothly. Below is a clear guide to our warranty and support services—including refund, repair, replacement options, and ongoing support even after your warranty expires.
📦 What’s Covered Under Warranty?
Your eufy RoboVac includes a limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the original purchase date.

A short video or photos clearly showing the issue will help us assist you faster.
Note: warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase. Policies may differ slightly by region and purchase channel. Please contact support@eufy.com to verify detailed warranty applicable to your product.
🛠️ Service Options During the Warranty Period

Return & Refund Process
For eligible cases:

We provide a prepaid return label* for you to send back the product.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we guarantee to process your refund in 5-7 days — a fraction of the standard 30-day platform wait.

The 30-day return policy applies from the date of purchase.

Repair Service
We offer professional repair services for some products under warranty:

We provide a prepaid return label* for you to send the product to one of our service centers.

Repairs are completed within 3-5 business days from the date the returned item is received by our repair warehouse.

Currently, we have repair centers in the US, DE and most EU countries, and we're working to expand to more regions.

Once repaired, we ship the product back to you at no extra cost.

Refurbished Unit Replacement
If your product cannot be repaired, we may offer a certified refurbished replacement:

All refurbished units undergo rigorous testing and meet the same functional standards as new products.

We provide a prepaid return label* for the original product.

Your replacement unit will be shipped within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The warranty for the replacement unit continues from the end of your original warranty or 3 months—whichever is longer.

Note: Refurbished units perform like new but may have minor, solely cosmetic imperfections.

To ensure quality service, all returned products undergo a necessary inspection at our service center before we ship your replacement. This process typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. We understand this may mean a short period without your device. This brief waiting period is essential to 100% guarantee your satisfaction and ensures the quality you expect. We sincerely thank you for partnering with us to uphold the highest standards of product performance and experience.

🌍 Service Availability
While we strive to provide prepaid return labels worldwide, this service is not available in all regions. We currently have repair centers in the US, DE and most EU countries, with plans to expand to more locations. For specific details about your country, please reach out to our support team.
📩 How to Start a Service Request
To begin the process:

Description and evidence (video/photos) of the issue

We'll respond within 24 hours in working days to confirm service options and next steps.
📞 Service Access Channels

E-Warranty Card (eufy Clean APP):

Open the Profile page and find the E-Warranty Card section on the sidebar of the eufy Clean APP.

Register your product in the To Be Registered section. (The product will show in the To Be Registered section only after you have successfully connected your product to your WiFi network.)

Then, initiate the warranty service process, if necessary. Your request will be handled by our support team within one business day.
