Your eufy Pet Camera allows you to talk to your furry friend even when you are not at home. In order to access the two-way talking feature, please make sure you have granted eufy Pet app the permission to access your smartphone’s microphone.

Note: eufy Pet Camera supports half-duplex two-way audio. An example of a half-duplex device is a walkie-talkie.

How do I enable sound in the eufy Pet app?

Please launch the eufy Pet app > Profile > My Devices > Pet Camera > Audio Settings, and then verify the Microphone option is enabled.

How do I talk to my pet?

Please launch the eufy Pet app and play camera live view, then simply press and hold the Speak button and speak into your phone as shown in the images below.
