If your eufy Garage-Control Cam stops recording videos earlier than expected, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

1. Please select All Motion under the Detection Type in Motion Detection settings, and then increase the motion detection sensitivity level. You can check the settings by going to the Devices tab > Garage-Control Cam > “...” icon > Gear icon > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.

2. Change the camera working mode to the Customize Recording setting with 5s retriggering intervals. You can change the settings by going to the Devices tab > Garage-Control Cam > “...” icon > Gear icon > Camera Settings > General > Power Manager > Customize Recording.

Note: Under Customize Recording setting, please also disable the “End clip early if motion stops” option and the camera will not stop recording as soon as motion is not detected. 

3. If you have set an activity zone, please delete the activity zone by going to the Devices tab > Garage-Control Cam > “...” icon > Gear icon > Camera Settings > Motion Detection > Activity Zone.
