If your eufy Garage-Control Cam occasionally misses motion detection, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

1. Please try increasing the motion detection sensitivity level. In order to set a desired detection range, it is recommended to set your preferred sensitivity level according to the sensitivity setup guide in the eufy Security app.
2. If you have set an activity zone, please note only moving objects that enter the activity zone will trigger your Garage-Control Cam to start recording.
3. If your Garage-Control Cam is placed behind a piece of glass or a weatherproof box, the camera will miss moving objects because the glass in front of the camera will interfere with the camera’s PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor. Please make sure there are no obstacles or transparent objects placed in front of the Garage-Control Cam.
