Floodlight Camera Displayed a Poor Signal or No Signal

The signal icon will display the strength between the camera and router.

In most cases, the system’s range can cover a house of 3,000 Sq Ft. The actual range will vary depending on a number of factors, such as the thickness of walls, obstacles inside the house, and the location of the floodlight camera and router.

If you have a poor signal or no signal displayed:

1. Please try moving your floodlight camera closer to the router if possible.

2. Please try adding a Wi-Fi range extender between the router and the floodlight camera.
