Q1: Do I have to connect my RoboVac to a 2.4GHz WiFi network all the time or just for the initial setup?

A1: To ensure better performance, the RoboVac needs to be connected to 2.4GHz WiFi all the time, so you can use the eufy Clean app to control the RoboVac. However, your phone is not required to connect to the same 2.4GHz WiFi all the time, it is just for the initial setup. 

Q2: Can I use a cleaning solution instead of water in the tank of the L70 to clean my wood floors?

A2: No. It is recommended to use water only.

Q3: Can I fill up the water tank with hot water for mopping?

A3: It’s suggested to use cold water only. 

Q4: Is there a way to save the maps of individual rooms?

A4: No, currently L70 doesn’t support map saving for individual rooms. 

Q5: Can I name a cleaning zone so I can tell my Google Home device to have the RoboVac only vacuum that specific zone? 

A5: No. 

Q6: How long will RoboVac L70 clean after a full charge?

A6: A fully-charged RoboVac L70 will clean for approximately 150 minutes in Standard suction mode on hard floors.
