You can have a 30-day free trial of the Eufy ExpertSecure System. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return it and get a full refund.
Returning
We can only accept returns purchased directly from the Eufy website or with the assistance of an Eufy representative*. Products purchased from our retail partners or other online sellers must be returned at the same point of sale.
As long as you are within the 30-day return window from the delivery date, please have your order number ready and contact a member of our support team*. They can create a prepaid shipping label for you to send back your Eufy products if there are product quality issues. You will need to create a shipping label on your own to return, for non-quality reasons. It can be conducted either on our website by clicking here, or via the support center on eufy app.
Packing and Shipping
Remove the battery tabs from your sensors or cameras. If the battery tab can not be removed, shut down the device and ship it as is.
Then, box up all of your devices, ensuring they’re either within original packaging or secured safely for transit.
Apply the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box. If you have multiple Return Labels, you can combine multiple Return Authorizations into a single box for easier returns; simply pack all items together and ship them to the provided return address.
To ensure a smooth refund process, we suggest submitting your return within 7 days.
Receiving Refunds
You can get a refund as long as the product is returned in good condition and suitable for resale. Once our warehouse receives the shipment, there is a 5-7 business day processing time before a refund is issued. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note that eufy reserves the right to make the final decision on this policy.
