Entry Delay
purpose
As the property owner, entering the house without any false burglary alarm triggers.
Application Scenario
Used when a user returns home and triggers a monitoring event. After setting this time, the user has a buffer period to disarm the alarm, preventing false alarms or disturbances.
-
For example, if a sensor is triggered, it won't notify the monitoring center instantly. The system will wait for the 'entry delay' time to count down before activating alerts.
Custom
In Alarm mode, you can set up an 'entry delay' function.
There are 5 countdown time options under 'entry delay': 0s, 30s, 60s, 180s, and 240s.
Leaving Delay
purpose
As the property owner, exiting the house without any false burglary alarm triggers.
Application Scenario
Used when the user leaves home and triggers a monitoring event. After setting this delay, the alarm will not sound during this period, allowing the user to complete certain actions while leaving without
triggering the alarm.
-
For example, while the alarm mode switches from mode A to mode B, there will be no alarm actions within the countdown time set up in the 'Leaving Delay' of mode B.
Custom
In Alarm mode, you can set up a 'leaving delay' function.
There are 5 countdown time options under 'leaving delay': 0s, 30s, 60s, 180s, and 240s.
