For some reason, you can’t find your Wi-Fi network in the Wi-Fi listing. To help you troubleshoot, please read the following steps.
1. Make sure your phone and Wi-Fi bridge are on the same Wi-Fi network. Check the Wi-Fi SSID and password.
2. Make sure your router works properly and its network name is not hidden. If it is hidden, click "Others" and enter the Wi-Fi information manually.
3. Make sure the device is placed within the WiFi router's coverage/range.
4. Verify if your Wi-Fi is encrypted via WEP encryption. If so, change the encryption in your router. The device doesn’t support WEP encryption.
5. Rescan the network.
6. Hold the "Sync" button for 5 seconds to reset the device and start the setup process again.
