If your Baby Monitor 2 shows it’s offline in the eufy Baby app, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Please check if your router can access the internet without issues.
2. If you recently changed your router or WiFi settings, your device needs to be updated with the new WiFi network credentials. Go to Camera Settings > WiFi Connection > Change WiFi.
3. If you recently relocated the camera, try to move it closer to the router, or you can use a mesh WiFi network or a WiFi range extender.
4. If the above steps cannot solve the issue, please try to remove the offline device in the eufy Baby app and then add it again.
