If the 4G Starlight Camera fails to record videos, please try the following steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
1. Make sure your camera is turned on. (My Devices > Device Tab > “...” Icon > Gear Icon > Camera Settings > Camera On).
2. Enable Motion Detection in your camera settings. (My Devices > Device Tab > “...” Icon > Gear Icon > Camera Settings > Motion Detection).
3. Follow the setup guide to set a suitable motion detection sensitivity.
4. Enable Video Recording in the selected security mode. (Security > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > Video Recording).
5. Remove the camera from the app, then add it again.
