Q: The projector has no response after HDMI is connected. How do I fix it?

A:No picture? Let's run a quick check:

1. Check both ends of the HDMI cable — are they firmly plugged in at the SpaceFlow and projector?

2. Is the projector set to the correct HDMI input? (Projectors usually have multiple inputs)

3. Is your SpaceFlow powered on? The Power light should be solid white

4. Try unplugging and replugging the HDMI cable

Most of the time, it's just a loose connection. Easy fix!
