1. Try to test the Hear ID for a customized sound.
2. Try different EQ settings on the app and choose the one you prefer.
3. Try other ear tip sizes to ensure they fit well and create a tight seal on your ears.
4. Try listening to lossless audio in LDAC mode. We recommend .wav and .flac audio file formats.
